Tiger Cloak
$300
This cloak had all the standard embellishments: enormous pocket, leather interior toggles, pewter clasp, etc, but given the gorgeous fabric we couldn’t resist some fluffy brown tiger ears. The cotton lining is a variety of old compasses in golden earth-tones. A German fellow fell in love at first sight with this cloak the first day of the faire.

This soft deep brown was a lovely color to work with, it played especially well with the map-of-the-world lining, one of our favorites, and we bring it back whenever we can. Sometimes when we are particularly lucky in our own adventures, we come upon perfect cloak fabrics at lower prices than we can genuinely expect to. The many wonders and bounties of exploring. Dreamer's Whisper
This was a special one! Gorgeous 100% wool with angelic botanical details, I had to make it a little extra. Dreamer’s Whisper had three pockets, but also a small clutch made from the same wool and golden ginkgo lining attached inside the large pocket via a long elastic so it doesn’t get lost. Dreamer’s Whisper went to a very special person who fell in love with it instantly.

Raven in Fire Cloak (Custom)

The Difficulty Has Just Begun
This 40x30 framed print of a country skyline was looking a little bare and bland. Now the people of this little hamlet have their work cut out for them with the local pest problem!
Dinosaur Garden
A basic background print can be brightened up and made much more whimsical with the addition of realistic dinosaurs. turns out apatosauruses weren’t meant to be looked at straight-on.
$70
A particularly mystical material for this set of wizard sleeves, the delicate reclaimed paisley shimmered blue, orange, and green in different lights, and matched by soft green-and-black paisley ties.
Leather and Lace Quilted Plague Doctor Mask
Moss Child
With a little embellishment and an assortment of natural options, a plain white cloche cap becomes Moss Child
Genesis' Cat Cape
A custom commission, Genesis wanted a tabby fur over-the-shoulder cape that would stay on reliably, with HP and Mana potions for a decorative chain clasp. The warriors’ straps here, as seen also on Sam’s Warrior Cloak, keep it sturdily in place while leaving the Hollywood style fashion of the open chest, and can be made to snap on and off as well.
These masterwork Wizard Sleeves are made with real ivy sewn into a net-like textile both longer and wider then the usual sleeves for maximum magesticness. The leaves were sewn on as fresh ivy and dried over time, at which point they are quite resilient. However, if there comes a time when they are too worn for further use, the netting can be removed to transform the sleeves into a metallic red and gold jester checker knit. The straps are knit as well for extra comfort, with silver metallic spots. There are still pockets in the sleeves on top of all these spectacular features!
Cyclops Mask
An excellent stretch of a variety of skills combined to make this eye-catching piece. Hypnotizing, no? Primarily clay, with, shall we say, mixed media for the eye, and a lot of attention to different paint techniques.

Free-Range Art Shoes
$100
I have dozens of picture of this set of shoes, with different drawings from any angle. One of those wonderful rare times when the client most wanted a surprise. Dragons’ eye, gnome under a mushroom, sea turtle, two different compasses, tentacles, flowers, and a particularly elegant feather. those elements and more went into this single pair of previously-white shoes. A wonderful experience and artistic exercise.
Wild Wheat Cloak
$280
One of our first cloaks, once again with our favorite map-of-the-world lining. We continue improving here at The Adventurer’s Emporium as our business grows. In this period, our pockets could still have been bigger, and we hadn’t started exclusively using Treasure Cast’s cast-pewter clasps, but we were headed in the right direction. The fashionable buckle clasps worked fine, but we decided we could do better. We hope our choice of Treasure Cast clasps will be unchanged in 20 years, our decisions aged like fine wine. We’ll have to see together, adventurers.

Loki's Helm
$750
One of my favorite projects, this helm was commissioned by a fabulous adventurer herself, as a test of both our artisan trades. A sturdy, precision piece of thermoplastics, careful coating, sculpting, carving, sanding, and painting brought this helmet out of pictures to fit snugly, and hold up to the most warlike conditions.

Leather Elven Backpack
With a large main pocket, a smaller exterior pocket, a plethora of loops to connect caribeaners and ties, as well as a belt secured along the bottom for attaching more pouches and accessories, my leather backpacks can handle a lot! Each one is different, with this one modeled after the elves who model all things on nature. Trailing vines wind down the bag, and the flap is modeled after a large leaf.
Embellished Gauntlets (Custom)
Embellished gauntlets in a wood design with Lupin’s 3D embroidered Mushrooms
The Many Beast
$60
I have a particularly good winter hat pattern, but even so, this one was quite special. Patched together from at least twenty different types of faux fur, and the inside quilted as well with fanciful scenes in a rainbow of colors, this hat was a work of art and a trial. A floppy ear and an alert ear, fuzz-lined pawkets, this hat had it all. Originally commissioned in an ambitious trade that fell through, this beast found it’s forever home in an enthusiastic fellow who spent much of his time at that little fair visiting me in the shade of our cozy Adventurer’s Emporium hut and sharing stories and music.

Cosy Gore Squid Body Pillow
Bright red minky, bloodshot eyes, and tentacle suckers of anatomical hearts
Kitchen Shield
This belt accessory was a challenging commission from a client who spent a lot of time in garb in kitchens. How many kitchen tools can one fit on a piece of leather before it’s too big for the belt? Hopefully enough. You’ll see it has an attached Utility Pouch, just like in the Pouch Belt.
Pat, a portrait
Jenn's Wedding
$725
This was a real treat of a commission. Two beautiful cloaks for the new bride and groom. Hers was a regal red exterior with the lining a delicate white-on-white pattern to go with her beautiful dress. His was a dashing soft black, lined with our favorite map-of-the-word fabric for their new adventure. Both are tricked out with all the standard bells and whistles to keep these two warm and ready for their next journey. Thank you for including us in your special day!
